Specializing in building mechanics (residential, commercial, and industrial), we offer our services in plumbing, heating, gas, geothermal, and radiant floors to families and businesses.

Job Description

In close collaboration with the VP of Operations, the person will be responsible for:

  • understanding and evaluating customer needs to direct the best resources in a timely manner;
  • efficiently dispatching service calls and projects;
  • listening to technicians and following up on their daily progress;
  • assigning work and files to technicians;
  • ensuring documentation is properly completed;
  • making certain purchases related to ongoing work;
  • raising awareness among technicians of CNESST rules and current standards;
  • contributing to sound operations management to maximize profitability;
  • helping improve business processes;
  • in collaboration with management, helping maintain a motivated and engaged team.

Required Skills

    Work hours: Monday to Friday, either 7am to 4pm or 7am to 5pm
